Cara Mempercepat Shutdown XP
Mungkin sangat membosankan jika kita melakukan Shutdown pada Komputer kita jika terasa sangat lamban,
Ini adalah trick untuk mempercepat Shutdown tanpa menggunakan Software, hanya cukup dengan melakukan perubahan Registrasi saja.
Klik
start/run/regedit
alamat: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
Klik pada layar Desktopnya, dan temukan: HungApp TimeOut
Akses dengan Double Klik Mouse
Dan ganti nilainya menjadi:4000
Bisa juga :5000 or 20000
OK selesai, lanjut ke step berikutnya
alamat: HKEY_LOCAL_MECHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\
Sekarang, setelah menemukan string: WaitToKillServiceTimeOut
Dan edit nilai menjadi: 4000

Langkah I
1. Open Microsoft Word (jangan tanya gw gimana caranya

2. Buka dokumen yg ingin anda cetak dalam model buku atau buat dokumen baru
3. Klik File -> Page Setup
4. Pada tab Margins cari bagian Pages
5. Pada pilihan Multiple Pages ubah dari normal menjadi bookfold
6. Orientasi otomatis juga berubah dari portrait menjadi landscape.
7. Jangan lupa juga untuk mensetting margin halaman sesuai dengan keinginan kamu
8. Klik OK
Dokumen akan berubah menjadi bentuk landscape jadi check ulang dokumen anda.

Rename File Massal
Pernahkah anda mulai kesulitan ketika mau mengubah nama file (rename) secara massal? Pakai Windows Explorer, jelas anda harus lakukan ini satu persatu. Kembalikan (Recovery) File yang hilang dari Recycle Bin
Apa yang terjadi ketika kita menghapus file yang salah? Celakanya, menghapusnya pake Shift-Del lagi, sehingga file langsung hilang gak ngendon dulu di Recycle Bin. Atau file sudah kita hapus, masuk ke Recycle Bin tapi sudah kita Empty Recycle Bin. Tentunya anda pingin bisa mengembalikannya kan?
Memang banyak tool untuk itu. Ada Undelete.exe yang bawaan Windows. Ada juga Tool Unerase miliknya Norton Utility. Tapi kebanyakan tool itu tidak mampu berbuat banyak ketika Harddisk kita format pake NTFS, tool itu efektif bekerja pada sistem FAT.
